Product classification
Zircon corundum generally includes low zirconia corundum (ZrO2 10%~15%), medium zirconia corundum (ZrO2 25%), and high zirconia corundum (ZrO2 40%) based on the content of ZrO2.
Product chemical composition
The main crystal phase of zirconia corundum is α - Al2O3, the secondary crystal phase is plagioclase zircon, and there is also a small amount of glass phase.

Product Usage
Zirconium corundum has good resistance to melt erosion. As an advanced abrasive, it can be used to manufacture high-performance heavy-duty grinding wheels, which have good grinding effects on steel parts, cast iron parts, heat-resistant steel, and various alloy materials; In addition, zirconia corundum is also a high-grade refractory material, which is an ideal material for producing high-performance sliding nozzles and immersion nozzles. It can also be used to make zirconia corundum bricks for glass furnaces.
